Title the Page as the Query
Use the words a Malaysian buyer types: the service and the place or the job. “Web Design Malaysia” is a query. “Creative Digital Solutions” is not. The H1 can be longer than the nav label. The nav can stay short.
One URL, one primary job. If two services share a page, neither will be easy to quote. Split them when buyers search them as different work. SEO Malaysia is the service name for that structure.
Answer in the First Paragraph
The first paragraph should stand alone: what you do, who it is for, where, and the next step. A tired reader and a model both start there. Do not open with the company story.
Write as if someone asked you in a chat. That is the AEO habit. The argument lives in when search looks like a chat. This is the page-level how-to.
Add Facts AI Can Quote
Name process steps, who it is for, and what you need from the client. Avoid numbers you cannot stand behind: ranking dates, Lighthouse scores, “loads in two seconds,” 24/7 unless that is the roster.
Schema should repeat the same facts as the HTML: Service or FAQ, not a different story in JSON-LD. AI search optimization is how we treat that HTML as one plan.
Put an FAQ That Matches Search
Four questions the owner actually gets: price range you will discuss (not a fake package), timeline in ranges you keep, what the client must supply, and whether you work outside one city. Title Case the questions.
Each answer is a short paragraph, not a new essay. If the FAQ repeats the hero, cut it. If it answers a different query, keep it.
Link the Next Step
Close with WhatsApp or a short form that names this service. Related links go to sibling services, a guide, or an industry page — not a pile of keywords.
When the sitemap is still a guess, start with which pages you need. A service page cannot fix a missing offer.
